RETURN POLICY

Returns:

No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 2 weeks of Delivery. 
Please email us at [email protected] to be issued a Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Be sure to include your order number, a list of items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request. Shoes must be in the condition you received them in, with the original box and/or packaging.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item purchased, please contact our Customer Service Department directly at [email protected]. They will check the availability of the replacement item you are requesting and further explain the steps needed to make the exchange.
